吉西他滨与放疗联合治疗老年中晚期宫颈癌的效果观察 被引量：1

摘要 目的观察吉西他滨联合放疗在老年中晚期宫颈癌患者中的应用效果。方法选取2009年1月至2009年12月我院收治的60例老年中晚期宫颈癌患者为研究对象,将其随机分为观察组(吉西他滨联合放疗)与对照组(放射治疗),比较两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者不良反应发生率比较,无明显差异(P>0.05);且观察组1年、3年、5年生存率均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论吉西他滨联合放疗在老年中晚期宫颈癌患者中的应用效果显著,值得推广。
