摘要
目的:基层医疗卫生机构管理信息系统在全国的建设发展经历了相当长的时期,重点介绍重庆为推动该系统的建设应用采取的具体措施。方法:通过统一设计、标准测评、分步改造的方法,推进系统完善,重点突出一体化的功能实现。结果:通过上述方法,提高系统的应用效果,帮助其它地区在实施过程中汲取经验。结论:通过建设,电子病历和电子健康档案实现了有机整合,提高了公共卫生服务的效能,实现了跨机构的就诊,方便了医务人员和患者。
Objective：Construction of the MIS of Primary health care institutions in the country has experienced a long period of time,this paper describes specific measures be taken to promote the construction of this system in Chongqing.Methods：They used unified design,evaluation criteria,step by step transformation to improve the system,and focused the function implementation of integration.Results：By the above method,it could improve the application effect of the system,and help other regions learn from the experience in the implementation process.Conclusion：Electronic medical records and electronic health records of integration,The integration of electronic medical records and electronic health files,improve the electronic health record update rate,utilization,achieving cross service,convenient for doctors and patients.
