摘要
对大学生村官的研究现状进行了回顾,针对大学生村官职业倦怠研究薄弱的现状,对丽水大学生村官的职业倦怠进行了调查,分析了相关数据,找出影响丽水大学生村官职业倦怠的因素,并提出了针对性的对策。
The paper reviews the research on college-graduate village officials and reports a survey on the job burnout of college-graduate village officials of Lishui based on the fact that the research in this field is very limited. Through statistic analysis on the data gather in the survey, the factors contributing to the job burnout are revealed and countermeasures are proposed.
