摘要
为了减少铺管船在风浪中的升沉运动对托管架、缆绳以及铺管作业效率的影响,可在铺管船上建立一个运动补偿系统。文章以铺管船FORTUNA为研究对象,对该系统进行了方案设计,介绍了该系统的结构组成和工作原理,并用MOSES软件建立模型,进行频域和时域分析,分析涵盖了各个不同铺管半径的作业工况。分析结果表明,这套运动补偿系统的设计合理,且技术上可行。
Heavy motions produce negative effects on stingers, slings and pipe-laying efficiency as a pipelay vessel operates in stormy waves, but a motion compensation system can be built on the vessel to reduce the effects. This thesis focuses on the research of the pipelay vessel FORTUNA and designs the system for it. In addition, the thesis introduces the structural composition and working principle of the system, and establishes models with MO- SES software as well as analyzes the system in both frequency domain and time domain. The analysis involves oper- ating conditions of the pipelay mode with different radii, and its results show the system is well-designed and tech- nically feasible.
