摘要
为探讨红肉桃杂交后代果实性状的遗传特点,以‘野鸡红’与‘金童6号’杂交F1代为材料,分析了果实生育期、花色苷含量、可溶性固形物含量、糖酸组分等主要性状遗传倾向特点。结果表明,杂种后代群体果实生育期为数量性状,并存在明显的超亲现象,29.9%的后代单株的果实生育期短于母本‘野鸡红’。红肉性状在该组合中呈显性,55.2%的单株果肉颜色表现为红色,红肉、非红肉符合1∶1的分离规律。杂交后代红肉桃花色苷含量介于0.0096~0.7301 mg/g,平均花色苷含量为0.1119 mg/g。平均可溶性固形物含量12.1%,高于父本及中亲值,变异系数15.8%。糖酸含量分别以蔗糖和苹果酸为主,糖酸比超亲优势达38.07%;果实生育期与色调角、可溶性固形物含量、糖酸比呈极显著正相关关系,与红色饱和度和花色苷含量呈极显著负相关关系。
In order to study the fruit characters of hybrid progenies of blood-flesh peach,F1 hybrid progenies of ‘Yejihong’בBabygold 6’ were used as materials to analyze the inherited tendencies of main fruit characters, including fruit development period, anthocyanin content, soluble solids content, and sugar acid composition. The results suggested that the fruit development period was of quantitative character with an obvious overdominance phenomenon, and fruit development periods of 29.9% hybrids were shorter than the female parent ‘Yejihong’. The blood-lfesh character was dominant in this cross, 55.2% of the hybrids were blood-flesh, and blood-flesh and nonblood-flesh characters fit the 1∶1 separation rule. The anthocyanin contents in blood-lfesh progenies was from 0.009 6 mg/g to 0.730 1 mg/g, and the average value was 0.111 9 mg/g. Soluble solids content reached 12.1% with variation coefifcient of 15.8%, and the value exceeded the male parent and mid-parents. Sucrose and malic acid were the major sugar acid compositions, and overdominance advantage of sugar acid ratio reached 38.07%. The fruit development period had very signiifcant positive correlations with hue angle, soluble solids content and sugar-acid ratio, while very signiifcant negative correlations with redness and anthocyanin content.
