摘要
采用自蔓延高温合成工艺制备层状正极材料LiCoO_2,研究热处理温度和热处理时间及Li/Co物质的量比对合成产物中LiCoO_2的纯度、晶体结构及微观形貌的影响。利用X射线衍射仪和扫描电镜分析合成产物的相组成及其微观形貌。结果表明,制备LiCoO_2的最佳工艺条件为:Li/Co物质的量比1.000∶1.000、C6H12N4/Co物质的量比1.0∶3.0、热处理温度800℃、热处理时间1.5h,所得产物中LiCoO_2相纯度接近100%,且晶体具有较好的层状结构。
Layered cathode material LiCoO: was synthesized by self-propagating high-temperature synthesis. X-ray diffractometer and scanning electron microscope (SEM) were used to investigate the effects of heat-treatment tem- perature, heat-treatment time and the mole ratio of Li to Co on purity, crystal structure and microstructure of LiCoO2. The results show that the optimum conditions are as follows: molar ratio of Li to Co is 1.000: 1.000, molar ratio of C6H12N4 to Co is 1.0: 3.0, heat-treatment temperature is 800 ℃ and heat-treatment time is 1.5 h. Under the optimum condition, the percentage of LiCoO2 phase in the products is near to 100%, and the crystal has good layer structure.
