摘要
介绍使用模拟缸盖技术与不使用模拟缸盖技术加工缸体的缸孔变形量的对比,试验表明,使用模拟缸盖技术加工的缸孔变形量减小60%左右,使用模拟缸盖技术加工缸体,重要的是确定合适的模拟缸盖螺栓拧紧力矩,选择合适的拧紧力矩,可以使缸孔变形量降到最小。
Describes contrast of cylinder cylinder bore deformation between using simulated cylinder head and without using simulated cylinder head machining technology.The experiment shows that cylinder bore deformation reduced about 60%using simulating cylinder head machining technology;the important of using simulated cylinder head machining cylinder bore is to determine suitable cylinder head bolt tightening torque;if choose suitable tightening torque,we can reduce the cylinder bore deformation to a minimum.
