Optimization of Ethanol Extraction of Total Flavonoids from Ficus Tikoua Bur.by Response Surface Methodology

摘要 以地瓜藤中总黄酮的提取量为响应值,采用响应面法,研究不同工艺条件对地瓜藤中总黄酮提取量的影响,优化乙醇提取地瓜藤中总黄酮的工艺条件,提高总黄酮得率.最佳工艺条件为,料液质量体积比1:52g/mL,乙醇体积分数40%,提取前浸泡50min,提取温度75℃,提取时间43min,地瓜藤中总黄酮的提取量为44.16mg/g,相比水提时总黄酮提取量25.62mg/g,醇提具有时间短、提取效率高等优势. The optimization of ethanol extraction conditions of total flavonoids in Ficus tikoua Bur. by response surfacemethodology is to improve the yield. Based on the single - factor test analysis, the Plaekett - Burman experimental design andsteepest ascent design, while taking extracted amount of total flavonoids as the response value, response surface method wasapplied to analyze the influence of various factors and their interaction on the extraction of total flavonoids, an optimized progresswas selected to extract total flavonoids in titus tikoua Bur. The optimal ethanol extraction conditions of total flavonoids are solid -liquid ratio 1 : 52 (g/mL), ethanol concentration 40%, soak time 50 min, extraction temperature 75℃, extraction time 43min. Under these conditions, total flavonoids yield reached 44.16 mg/g.
