摘要
针对数控机床进给系统在进给过程中存在的振动问题,建立了直线导轨副、丝杠轴向、横向及扭转振动动力学模型。采用ADAMS和ANSYS软件建立了进给系统的刚柔耦合模型,通过相关分析可知直线导轨副的动力学特性对于工作台振动的影响最大。最后分析了直线导轨副的阻尼系数、刚度对于工作台振动影响的规律,为减小进给振动、提高加工质量提供了理论依据。
Aiming at the vibration in the process of feed,the vibration dynamic models about the linear guide,ball screw in the axial direction and in the lateral direction and torsion w ere established. The ADAM S and ANSYS w ere applied to construct the coupled rigid and flexible model of the fees system on NC,and the correlation analysis show ed that the effect of the dynamic characteristics of the linear guide on the table vibration w as the greatest. Finally the rules about the influence of the damping coefficient and stiffness of the linear guide on the vibration table w ere analysed and provided the theory basis for improving the quality of machining and reducing the vibration of feed.
