摘要
国内高校大学生就业指导课目前仍以大班教学为主,存在着教学方法单一、学生参与度低、学习实践脱节等问题。MOOC因具有大规模、开放、多元化评价和及时反馈的特点而广受追捧。借鉴MOOC中的混合式学习、开放教育资源和众包交互等新兴教学法,提出翻转课堂、分类分阶和同伴互评的就业指导课教学模式,以期提高大学生就业指导课大班教学的授课效果。
The employment guidance course for college students is currently carried out in large'class instructing mode and its problems include single teaching method, low student engagement and learning's deviation from practice. MOOC is very popular because of the characteristics of large-scale, openness, pluralistic evaluation and timely feed- back. Blended learning, open educational resources and interactive methods in MOOC are introduced in this paper and the paper proposes a new teaching mode of employment guidance course including flipped classroom, categorized evaluation and peer review in order to improve the effect of college students' employment guide course.
