摘要 靶向超声造影是超声分子影像技术的重要部分。随着超声造影技术和生物纳米技术的发展,靶向超声造影剂步入纳米时代。近年来,纳米靶向超声造影剂的制备和在肿瘤诊治中的应用前景备受关注。本文就此进行综述。 Targeted ultrasound contrast imaging plays an important role in molecular imaging. With the rapid develop- ment of contrast enhanced ultrasound technology and bio-nanotechnology, nanoscale targeted uhrasound contrast media has emerged. The characteristics and synthesis of nanoscale targeted ultrasound contrast media, as well as the diagnostic and therapeutic applications in the tumor lesions were reviewed in this article.
