摘要
采用5种方法合成3-甲基-喹噁啉-2-羧酸,包括文献的4种合成方法以及结合这4种方法设计的新方法。通过高效液相色谱法、高效液相色谱-质谱联用法、核磁共振法对合成产物进行鉴定,并对5种合成方法进行比较,结果表明:结合HPLC保留时间、HPLC-MS鉴定以及核磁共振鉴定的结果,确定5种方法所合成物质均为3-甲基-喹噁啉-2-羧酸;5种方法中,新的3-甲基-喹噁啉-2-羧酸合成方法的得率最高,为51%,纯度大于99%。此方法操作最为简便,且安全性高。
This experiment adopted five kinds of the synthesis of Methyl-3-quinoxaline-2-carboxylic acid, including one novel approach on the basic of former study and four methods reported in domestic and foreign researches. Title product is identified through HPLC, HPLC-MS and NMR. Conversion rate and purity are indicators for comparing and analyzing the five synthesis methods. The results obtained prove that the product of interest by five methods is Methyl-3- quinoxaline-2-carboxylic acid identically. Comparing the five methods, the novel one, convenient and safe, possesses the highest conversion rate (51%) and purity (〉 99%).
