摘要
单向走丝电火花切割机床可以获得更好的加工精度和表面质量等,但国产的单向走丝电火花线切割机床起步较晚,还不能满足市场需求.针对机床可靠性不足的问题,以单向走丝立式回转电火花线切割机床为例,通过建立机床的可靠性框图,对机床进行了可靠性预计,然后设定0.9的整体可靠度指标,对机床系统部件进行了可靠性分配,最后依据可靠性分配情况对现有机床的关键机械零部件进行了可靠性改进设计,以使整个电火花切割机床具有较高的可靠性水平,满足制造加工行业的需求.
The unidirectional wire EDM machine tool provides better accuracy and surface quality. But as the domestic unidirection?al wire EDM machine tool started lately,meeting the market demand is still a problem. Aiming at the problem of insufficient reliability of machine tool and taking unidirectional wire EDM machine tool as an example,it establishes the reliability block diagram machine tool to predict the reliability of machine tool,and then sets a 0.9 overall reliability index to carry on the reliability allocation system to machine tool parts,finally designs the key mechanical components reliability with improvement for the existing machine tools on the basis of the reliability distribution in order to make the whole EDM cutting machine have high reliability and meet the needs of manufacturing industry.
