摘要
提出考虑二级电压控制作用的大电网静态电压稳定裕度在线计算的最优潮流模型.为反映二级电压控制的效果,在模型中引入互补约束方程和无功协调因子保证分区的先导节点电压恒定和控制发电机无功出力均衡,同时描述了区域发电机无功出力到限时先导节点电压的变化.采用结合稀疏技术的原对偶内点法实现对模型的快速求解,满足大电网在线计算的要求.对国内某省级电网能量管理系统导出的实时运行方式数据的在线计算结果表明,二级电压控制能够提高电网静态电压稳定裕度;将最优潮流法与连续潮流法计算静态电压稳定裕度的结果比较,验证了所提出模型和求解算法的正确有效性.
This paper presents an optimal power flow model for on-line computing static voltage stability margin including action of secondary voltage control in large-scale power systems. The work realized the effect of the secondary voltage control by introducing area reactive power level and complementarity constraints to coordinate the reactive power belonging to the same voltage control area to make the pilot buses voltage constant, and to model behavioral changes of pilot buses when the limit of reactive power output of generators is reached. The primal-dual interior-point method with sparse technology is applied to solve the model more efficiently, and to meet the demand of on-line computing static voltage stability margin of large-scale power systems. By the result of on-line computing results based on the real-time operation data which exported from energy manage system of some province power grid in China, it is shown that the action of secondary voltage control can improve the static voltage stability margin of power system. Comparing with the result computed by continual power flow, the correctness and effectiveness of the proposed model and solving algorithm is demonstrated.
