Braden压疮风险评估量表的研究进展 被引量：19

摘要 20世纪60年代以来,许多学者为了辅助护士鉴别压疮发生的危险性,研究、发展了大量的评分量表。目前临床上的常用的是：Braden量表、Norton量表和Watelow量表3种,由于Braden量表广泛适用于成人且有较高的灵敏度和特异度,被美国的压疮预防指南推荐应用,并被认为是较理想的压疮危险性评估表（Rish Assessment Scale,RAS）,然而该量表对于某些特殊人群灵敏度、特异度、预测能力较差。为了使该表能被更好地应用于临床，指导护士工作，现对该量表的研究进展综述如下。
