摘要
川崎病属于急性发热性出疹性疾病,该病的主要病变为全身血管炎,好发于5岁以下婴幼儿,心血管系统损害是最严重的并发症,可以形成冠状动脉瘤及冠状动脉扩张,近年来该病的发病率呈上升趋势,已经成为小儿后天获得性心脏病的主要病因。然而,川崎病的发病机制及病因目前仍没有明确的定论,很多学者的研究结果认为该疾病与多种细菌、病毒感染有关,发病机制与免疫系统的异常活化、细胞因子及炎性介质、血管内皮功能紊乱等有关。
Kawasaki disease is an acute febrile rash disease of systemic vaseulitis with predilection in infants and young children under 5 years of age. Its serious complication is cardiovascular system damage, such as coronary artery dilation and coronary aneurysm. The incidence of the disease is on the rise in recent years, and has become the main cause of pediatric acquired heart disease. But its etiology and pathogenesis is still not very clear, though a variety of studies found it to be associated with a variety of bacteria, virus infection, the pathogenesis is related to the abnormal activation of the immune system, cytokines and inflammatory medium, and vascular endothelial dysfunction.
