骨肉瘤相关微小RNA的研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 骨肉瘤(osteosarcoma)是最常见的原发性恶性骨肿瘤。随着新辅助化疗方案研究的不断改善,以及影像学发展带来的肿瘤边界判定和病情检测水平的提高,新辅助化疗联合手术治疗的综合治疗策略使得骨肉瘤患者的5年生存率有所提高。但是化疗抵抗和肺转移仍是骨肉瘤不良预后的重要原因和难以逾越的屏障。
