摘要
目的探讨血清胱抑素C、血C反应蛋白、尿微量白蛋白联合检测早期诊断糖尿病肾病的价值。方法收集2014年6月~2015年5月期间我院收治的早期糖尿病肾病患者共72例作为观察组,选取与观察组同期来我院进行健康体检的健康研究对象60例作为对照组,检测两组患者Cys-C、CRP、m ALB水平,比较两组研究对象、不同性别早期糖尿病肾病患者Cys-C、CRP、m ALB水平的差别及三项指标单独及联合检测的阳性率。结果观察组Cys-C、CRP、m ALB水平与对照组比较明显较高,两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,三项联合检查的阳性率与各项单独检测的阳性率比较明显较高,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）男性早期糖尿病肾病患者Cys-C、CRP、m ALB水平与女性比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论糖尿病肾病患者Cys-C、CRP、m ALB明显较高,不同性别的糖尿病肾病患者之间差别不大,三项指标联合检测阳性率明显提高,可作为预测早期糖尿病肾病的检测手段在临床推广使用。
Objective To explore significance of combined detection of serum cystatin C,serum C-reactive protein and microalbuminuria in early diagnosis of diabetic nephropathy. Methods 72 patients with early diabetic nephropathy who were admitted to our hospital from June 2014 to May 2015 were selected as the observation group.60 healthy people who received physical examination in our hospital in the same period were selected as the control group.Cys-C,CRP and m ALB levels of two groups were detected.Differences of Cys-C,CRP and m ALB levels of two groups and of different genders,positive rate of single detection and combined detection of three indexes were compared. Results Cys-C,CRP and m ALB levels of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The positive rate of combined detection of three indexes was significantly higher than that of single detection of three indexes and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Differences in Cys-C,CRP and m ALB levels of male patients with early diabetic nephropathy and female patients with early diabetic nephropathy had no statistical significance（P〉0.05）. Conclusion Cys-C, CRP and m ALB levels of patients with diabetic nephropathy are significantly higher and Cys-C,CRP and m ALB levels of different genderss has no obvious differences.Combined detection three indexes of positive rate is significantly increased which is worthy of promotion and application in clinic as a detective method to predicate early diabetic nephropathy.
