摘要
钻井工程设计是钻井作业安全顺利实施的基础,是甲方施工指令的集中体现,更是钻井提速提效的科学依据,持续提高设计质量是各油田的一项长期重要工作。国内各油田的钻井工程设计格式和流程大体相同,但综合性钻井工程设计软件较少、邻井实钻资料分析功能欠缺、关键模块的计算方法陈旧等问题依然比较突出,不能完全满足塔里木、四川等地区超深复杂井安全快速钻井需求。为此,塔里木油田根据自身技术需求,在原来《钻井工程设计系统》V1.0版本的基础上,开发了新的钻井工程设计平台。该平台集钻井数据库、知识库、先进计算模块、图形处理系统、文档集成与管理系统于一体,基本满足了油田超深复杂井钻井工程设计技术需要,有力提高了设计质量和效率。
Drilling engineering design is the basis for safe and successful drilling operation,is a concentrated expression of the first Party's construction instructions,and is also the scientific evidence of increasing drilling speed and efficiency. Continuous improvement of the design quality is an important long-term work of the oilfield. Drilling engineering design formats and processes in domestic oil fields are substantially the same,but several outstanding problems exist,such as few comprehensive drilling engineering design softwares,lack of analysis ability of adjacent wells actual drilling data,outdated calculation methods of key modules,etc.,which can not fully meet the requirement of rapid and safe drilling of complex ultra-deep wells in Tarim,Sichuan and other regions. To this end,the Tarim Oilfield,in accordance with their technology needs,developed new drilling engineering design platform based on the original version v1. 0 'Drilling Engineering Design System '. The platform integrates drilling database,knowledge base,advanced computing modules,graphics processing system,and document management system,basically meets the requirements of complex ultra-deep well drilling engineering design technology,and effectively improves design quality and efficiency.
