心内科教学中网络教学与实践教学相结合的应用实践 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨网络教学+实践教学模式应用于心内科教学的效果,并总结其教学心得体会。方法选择该校2013级临床医学本科(临床五年制)学生共78例作为研究对象,按照学号随机分为对照组(尾号单号)和观察组(尾号双号),各39例。对照组学生按照常规教学方式学习,观察组学生给予网络教学+实践教学模式,比较两组学生对教学效果评价情况和考核成绩变化。结果教学效果评价:在学习兴趣、学习效率、学习能力、学习知识量方面,观察组学生评分较对照组,组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);在总分方面,观察组学生评分为(91.23±11.32)分、对照组学生评分为(65.13±9.72)分,组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组考核成绩:总分,对照组(89.51±11.74)分,观察组(75.36±8.16)分,组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论网络教学+实践教学模式应用于心内科教学可显著提高教学效果,并有利于培养学生学习兴趣,较传统教学法相比,课堂教学效率较高。 Objective To explore the application of the teaching mode of network teaching in Department of Cardiology + practice teaching effect, and summarize the teaching experience. Methods In our school 2013 undergraduate clinical medicine(clinical five years) a total of 78 students were in accordance with the school as the research object, randomly divided into control group(tail number number) and observation group(tail number number), each of 39 cases. The control group students' learning in the traditional teaching mode, students in the observation group given + network teaching practice teaching mode, evaluation of teaching effect comparison of the two groups of students and examination results change. Results The evaluation of teaching effect: in learning interest, learning efficiency, learning ability, learning knowledge, students score in the observation than in the control group,significant(P〈0.05)difference between groups; in total score, score of students in the observation group(91.23 ±11.32) points, the control group students score(65.13 ±9.72), significantly the(P〈0.05) difference between the two groups. The two group examination results: total score, the control group(89.51 + 11.74), observation group(75.36 ±8.16) points,(P〈0.05) significant difference between groups.Conclusion The application of the teaching mode of network teaching practice in Department of cardiology teaching + can significantly improve the teaching effect, and cultivate students' interest in learning, compared with the traditional teaching method, classroom teaching efficiency.
