摘要
面对医疗卫生事业的全面改革和激烈的行业竞争,各大医院都高度重视品牌建设。在学科群中建设重点学科能够集中反映医院的特色,并对其他学科的发展具有示范和促进作用,在有限的经费投入和学科发展不均衡的格局下,加强学科建设对医院品牌建设具有十分重要的意义。
In order to adapt to the comprehensive reform of the medicine and health sector and its fierce competitions,great attention has been paid to the brand development of hospitals. By selecting and developing certain key disciplines, a hospital can allow these disciplines to become the hospital’s outstanding feature, and act as role models to its other disciplines. Empirical evidences have shown that disciplinary development has already become a crucial part of large hospitals’ brand development strategies. Under the present conditions of limited funding and uneven growth among disciplines, disciplinary development can be particularly important to a hospital’s brand development.
