摘要
目的：探讨布地奈德混悬液雾化吸入结合异丙嗪与静脉应用地塞米松治疗小儿急性喉炎的临床疗效。方法将滦南县医院2010年8月-2013年8月期间住院的120例哭闹不安不能配合雾化吸入的急性喉炎患儿，随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组60例，喉梗阻程度为Ⅰ~Ⅱ度。治疗组给予肌肉注射异丙嗪，待患儿安定后给予布地奈德混悬液雾化吸入；对照组给予静脉滴注地塞米松治疗。两组均给予综合治疗，包括相同的抗炎、抗病毒、护理治疗，比较两组临床治疗效果及各项指标。结果两组患儿经治疗后症状均有所改善，治疗组治愈率为50（83.3%）要明显优于对照组45（75.0%），且两组各项指标如喉鸣消失、声嘶消失、呼吸困难、咳嗽消失、病愈时间比较，治疗组分别为（25.3±0.7）、（45.1±0.9）、（25.2±0.5）、（38.9±1.0）、（55.3±1.1）h，对照组分别为（27.6±0.8）、（49.5±1.0）、（30.4±0.6）、（42.8±1.0）、（60.2±1.5）h，两组差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论布地奈德混悬液雾化吸入结合异丙嗪可以使患儿情绪稳定，能够实行雾化吸入，快速缓解喉梗阻症状，缩短病程。
Objective Observation of atomization inhalation of nebulized budesonide suspension combined with promethazine and intravenous dexamethasone in the treatment of acute laryngitis in children clinical efficacy. Methods 120 cases of inpatient hospi-tal of Luannan County in 2010 August crying 2013 year in August during the uneasy not with aerosol inhalation of acute laryngitis in children, were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 60 cases in each group, laryngeal obstruction degree of grade I to ii. The treatment group were given intramuscular injection of promethazine, to give children stability after budesonide suspension;the control group was given intravenous dexamethasone treatment. The two groups were given comprehensive treatment, including anti-inflammatory, antiviral, nursing the same treatment, compared two groups of clinical curative effect and the indica-tors. Results The two groups after treatment, symptoms were improved in the treatment group, the cure rate was 50 （83.3%） was significantly better than that of the control group 45 （75%）, and the two groups of indicators such as laryngeal stridor disappeared, hoarseness, difficulty in breathing, cough disappeared disappeared, rehabilitation time comparison, the treatment group were （25.3±0.7）, （45.1±0.9）, （25.2±0.5）, （38.9±1）, （55.3±1.1） h, the control group respectively （27.6±0.8）, （49.5±1）, （30.4±0.6）, （42.8±1）, （60.2±1.5） h, the two groups differed significantly, with statistical significance （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Budesonide suspension combined with promethazine can make children with emotional stability, can implement the atomization inhalation, quickly relieve laryngeal obstruction symptoms, shorten the course of disease.
