摘要
目的针对医院西药库药品管理,讨论管理的方法和实施效果,为日后的临床西药库药品管理,提供参考与指导。方法选择我院2014年3月~2015年2月西药库药品管理实施的四部循环管理法的管理资料,作为观察组;选择我院2013年3月~2014年2月西药库药品管理实施常规管理方法的管理资料,作为对照组。将两组的资料进行详细的比较。结果经过临床统计,观察组在西药库药品管理方面,优于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义,P〈0.05,观察组优于对照组。结论通过在医院西药库药品管理工作中,积极落实四部循环管理的方法,可有效提高管理使用率,对差额变化及时率以及去向明确率的积极影响较大,在长期执行后,可更好的降低不合格报损率,对临床工作具有较大的帮助。建议在今后的临床管理中,可将四部循环管理的方法。
Objective To discuss the method and effect of management of drug management in hospital, and to provide reference and guidance for the future clinical medicine management. Methods The management of the four circulation management methods in the management of drug management in our hospital during February 2015 ~ March 2013, was taken as the observation group, and the management of the routine management methods in the management of drug management in March 2013 ~ February 2014, the control group. A detailed comparison of the two groups of data is carried out.
