摘要
提出一种旋转直接驱动式电液伺服阀,伺服阀的驱动由有限转角电机的转动实现,简述了其结构原理及工作原理,并对伺服阀的输出静态性能进行了仿真,性能满足使用要求。
A direct-driving electro-hydraulic servo-valve was designed which was driven by limit angle torque motor. The structure principle and working principle of the servo-valve were mainly described. The simulation analysis model of the servo-valve was estab-lished. The results show that the direct-drive electro-hydraulic servo-valve can meet requirements.
