摘要
采用加碱中和液相共沉淀法制备Co着色云母钛珠光颜料,在此基础上进行稀土元素Eu^(3+),Nd^(3+),Ce^(3+)的掺杂以改善颜料的色纯度。用XRD对颜料的结构进行表征,色差仪对颜料的颜色值进行测量,结果表明:Eu_2O_3的掺杂量为1.4%时,钴蓝、钴绿云母珠光钛颜料的饱和度较掺杂之前分别增大13.3%和8.5%;CeO_2的掺杂量为1%时,掺杂对钴蓝着色云母钛珠光颜料效果最好,其饱和度提升约28%,Nd_2O_3随着掺杂量的增加会提高钴绿着色云母钛珠光颜料的饱和度,其提升超过13%。制得的稀土掺杂Co着色云母钛珠光颜料具有极好的的耐热性、耐酸碱性和耐溶剂性。
Cobalt-coloration mica-titania pearlescentprecipitation, and doped with Eu3+ , Nd3+ and Ce3+pigments were prepared by alkaline neutralization liquid co-to improve the purity of colours. The morphologies of the syn-thesized samples were characterized by XRD. The colorimetric values of the samples were tested by Color-Eye auto-matic differential colorimeter. The results showed that the saturation of the cobalt-blue and the cobalt-green mica-ti-tania pearlescent pigment might be enhanced to 13.3% and 8.5% when the europium oxide was doped with 1%,the cobalt-blue mica-titania pearlescent pigment of the samples worked best when the cerium chloride was dopedwith 1%. The saturation of the pigment might be enhanced to about 28%. The saturation of the cobalt-green mica-titania pearlescent pigment advanced more than 13%flowing the increasing of neodymium oxide. The preparation ofrare earth doped on cobalt-coloration mica-titania pearlescent pigment had good heat resistance, acid and alkali re-sistance, solvent resistance.
