膨润土-LDHs复合改性沥青老化性能研究 被引量:3

摘要 将不同掺量比的膨润土、LDHs加入到基质沥青中进行熔融共混,制备了膨润土-LDHs复合改性沥青。研究了膨润土和LDHs掺量比对沥青物理性能、短期热氧老化和紫外老化性能的影响。结果表明,膨润土-LDHs的添加提高了沥青的高温性能,膨润土和LDHs分别在抑制沥青在短期热氧老化和紫外老化过程中表现出显著的作用,当膨润土和LDHs的掺比为1∶1时,膨润土-LDHs复合改性剂可使得沥青同时具备优良的耐短期热氧老化和紫外老化性能。 Various proportions of bentonite and layered double hydroxides (LDHs) are added into pristine bitumen to prepare bentonite-LDHs modified bitumen by melt blending. The effects of different proportion of bentonite and LDHs added in bitumen on physical properties, thermal-oxidative and UV aging performances are studied. The experimental results show that the addition of bentonite-LDHs compound can enhance the high temperature property of bitumen, bentonite and LDHs exhibit apparent improvement in resistance to thermal-oxidative aging and UV aging respectively. Furthermore when the proportion of bentonite and LDHs is 1 : 1, bentonite-LDHs modified bitumen would possess excellent both thermal-oxidative aging resistance and UV aging resistance.
