论晏阳初平民教育与教育公益的价值趋同

摘要 回望晏阳初先生毕生所从事的平民教育运动和乡村改造事业,无不孕育着进步、民主的教育思想萌芽。试从教育公益的角度,分析二者在价值诉求、教育内容、教育方式、基本思路和方法等方面的深刻联系,晏阳初教育思想与实践所折射的教育公益性对我们今天以更加多元化、现代化、科学化的方式开展农村教育,对教育公益事业具有积极的参考价值:要有专门的人才、专门的研究以及专门的组织去开办,这是成功的首要条件;有序的管理模式既能使资源得到共享,又能相互借鉴经验,新时期教育公益事业的发展应该依赖新媒体形成一个联系紧密的网络;我国教育公益组织应该抓住机遇,找到自己在国际教育公益组织中的定位,像晏阳初先生推广平民教育一样,为国际教育的开拓做出新的探索。每一个人在教育公益的旗帜下都是教育公益的实施者,也是教育公益的受益者,晏阳初的平民教育已经为我们今日教育公益事业发展提供了诸多范例。 Looking back at Mr. James Yen's life engaged in the civilian education movement and cause of rural reconstruction,it can be seen that they breed progressive, democratic educational thoughts. From the perspective of educational commonweal, the paper analyzes the pro- found conn^tion of the two aspects between the value demands,education contents,education methods,basic ideas and methods and it is con- cluded that the educational commonweal reflected by James Yen' s education thought and practice has a positive reference value for us today to carry out rural education and education public welfare undertakings with a more diversified, modern, scientific way:rural education and educa- tion public welfare undertakings shall be carried out by special talents with specialized research and special organization, this is the first condi- tion of success;orderly management mode can not only make people share resources, but also can learn experience from each other,the devel- opment of education in the new period should depend on the new media to form a closely linked network;the educational commonweal organiza- tions in our country should seize the opportunity and find its own position in the world,like Mr. James Yen promoting the education of civilians, make new exploration for the development of international education. Each individual is the implementers of educalion, but also the beneficiaries of educatlon.James Yen's civilian education has provided a lot of examples for the development of our public welfare undertakings.
