摘要
针对赵庄矿3号煤层瓦斯抽采率低、瓦斯抽采浓度低、钻孔成孔难的特征,采用底抽巷来消除双巷掘进工作面突出危险性,同时通过高抽巷,提高瓦斯抽放浓度和抽放率。优化高抽巷抽采方式,进而论证了"一面四巷"通风的可行性,最终形成一套"一面四巷"瓦斯抽采与通风治理技术,保障了赵庄矿的安全生产。
To solve low gas drainage rate, low gas concentration, and difficult drilling in No.3 coal seam in Zhaozhuang mine, floor drainage roadway was used to eliminate the outburst hazards of double-roadway driving face. Meanwhile, with high drainage roadway, the gas drainage concentration and rate were increased. The drainage way of the high drainage roadway was optimized, which verified the feasibility of one-face-four-roadway ventilation. Finally, a set of gas ventilation and control technologies on one-face-four-roadway were established, which could guarantee the safe production of Zhaozhuang Mine.
