摘要
目的:观察宁泌泰胶囊联合左氧氟沙星片治疗泌尿系感染下焦湿热证的临床疗效。方法:选择2012年4月—2014年10月于本院就诊的126例经中医辨证为下焦湿热证泌尿系感染患者,随机分为对照组和治疗组各63例,对照组单纯给予左氧氟沙星片治疗,治疗组给予宁泌泰胶囊联合左氧氟沙星片治疗。两组均连续治疗15 d。观察两组患者临床疗效及不良反应的发生情况。结果:两组患者治疗后尿路刺激征、腰痛、少腹胀痛等主要症状有不同程度改善,治疗组患者改善较对照组更明显(P<0.05);治疗组有效率92.0%明显高于对照组74.6%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组细菌清除率为74.0%,明显高于对照组的52.3%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组不良反应发生率为6.3%,明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:宁泌泰胶囊联合左氧氟沙星片能显著改善泌尿系感染下焦湿热证的尿路刺激征,并能有效清除细菌,疗效显著。
Ohjective： To observe the clinical effects of Ningmitai Capsule combined with Levofloxacin Tablet on urinary system in- fection with syndrome of lower energizer damp heat. Methods： 126 cases with urinary system infection differentiated as syndrome of lower energizer damp heat were randomized into control group and treatment group, with 63 cases in each group. Control group were simply given Levofloxacin Tablet while treatment group were given Ningmitai Capsule combined with Levofloxacin Tablet. Both groups were treated for 15 d. The clinical effects and adverse reactions of the two groups were observed. Results： The main symptoms of urinary irritation, lumbago, lower abdominal distension and pain got improved to different degree, and the improve- ment in treatment group was more obvious than that in control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The effective rate of treatment group （92.0%） was markedly higher than that of control group （ 74.6% ） ; the difference had statistical significance （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The bacterial elimination rate of treatment group （74.0% % ） was apparently higher than that of control group （52.3%） ; the difference had statistical significance （P 〈0.05 ）. The rate of adverse reactions in treatment group （6.3% % ） was obviously lower than that of control group ; the difference had statistical significance （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Ningmitai Capsule combined with Levofloxacin Tablet can remarkably improve the urinary irritation and effectively eliminate bacteria in urinary system infection with syndrome of lower energizer damp heat.
