摘要
目的:探讨植入微种植钉支抗前是否切开牙龈对微种植钉支抗稳定性的影响。方法:选择78例双颌前突的正畸患者,需要拔除4颗第一前磨牙并在第二前磨牙和第一磨牙间植入微种植钉加强支抗,采用一步法整体内收6颗前牙,植入微种植钉前选择患者左侧切开软组织,右侧不予切开。2周后用Ni Ti拉簧持续加力6个月,力值200g,统计6个月内微种植钉的稳定性并进行对比分析。结果:两组病例中微型种植钉均能达到一定稳定性,切开牙龈组稳定性高于未切开牙龈组,但二者差异无统计学意义。结论:是否切开软组织对微种植钉支抗稳定性无明显影响。
Objective: To study the effects of different soft tissue handling methods on the stability of micro-screws during implantation. Method: To select 78 patients who were all diagnosed as bimaxillary protrusion, need be extracted 4 first premolars and be implanted micro-screws anchorage between second premolar and first molar. Left side of jaws of pa- tients was selected to cut the gum, and the right side was non-cut the gum. Both the two groups were loaded by using NiTi- coil springs with 200 g constant force after 2 weeks, for 6 months. The stability of micro-screws was observed, recorded and analysed. Result: The stability of cut the gum group was higher than that in the non-cut the gum group. Both groups could get a relative stability. However, there was no significant difference between them. Conclusion: Cutting the gum or not, has no influence on the stability of micro-screws anchorage implant.
