摘要
在新媒体时代,高校图书馆读者服务面临数字化馆藏建设要求高、文献载体需要多样化、读者需求多样化、馆员素质低4方面的问题。文章提出通过服务理念创新、合理加强数字化馆藏建设、主动提供多元化和个性化服务、强化图书馆员素质建设4方面路径创新图书馆读者服务。
In the new media age,the reader service of university library is faced with the requirements of the construction of digital library, and the carrier of the literature needs to be diversified,the readers need to be diversified and the quality of librarians is low.In this paper,we propose the service concept innovation,strengthen the construction of digital library, offer the diversified,personalized service,and strengthen the quality construction of the library and the library of four aspects.
