中药穴位离子导入联合直肠指力刺激对预防脊髓损伤患者便秘的临床研究 被引量:7

摘要 目的探讨中药穴位离子导入联合直肠指力刺激法对脊髓损伤患者便秘的影响。方法选择入住我院脊柱外科脊髓损伤患者80例,随机分为对照组和实验组。对照组采用生理盐水离子导入,实验组采用中药穴位离子导入联合直肠指力刺激法,观察比较两组患者排便情况。结果两组首次排便间隔时间,首次排便所需时间经t检验比较,差异有统计学意义,(t=7.003,t=12.60),(p<0.01),即实验组优于对照组。对照组便秘发生占65%;实验组便秘发生占30%,两组经2检验比较,差异有统计学意义,(2=9.82,p<0.01)。结论中药穴位离子导入联合直肠指力刺激法能促进脊髓损伤患者直肠排便功能的恢复,降低便秘的发生率。
