桃果实近核处红色素、皮下红色素和中果皮红色素性状独立遗传研究

The Independent Heredity of Red Pigments Around Stone, Under Skin or in Mesocarp in Peach

摘要 为探究桃果实近核处红色素、皮下红色素和中果皮红色素独立遗传的关系。本研究于2006—2008年,分别对3个杂交群体(大久保×燕红、燕红×大久保、丰白×燕红)实生树果实表皮下、近核和中果皮果肉色素等3个性状进行连续3年的调查分析。结果表明:不同年份间3个性状的分离比有差异,近核处红色素对环境更为敏感。近核处红色素有/无与表皮下或中果皮红色素有/无的相关性弱,表皮下与中果皮色素有/无的相关性强。皮下或中果皮红色素有/无表现为连锁,而近核处红色素有/无独立遗传。 The aim was to explore the independent-heredity relationship of red pigments around stone, under skin or in mesoearp in peach. Three different traits, flesh pigment under skin, mesocarp and around stone, were observed and analyzed in three cross populations (‘ Okubo' × ‘Yanhong', ‘Yanhong' ב Okubo',‘Fengbai'בYanhong') in 2006-2008. The segregation ratios of the three traits of different years had variance. The red pigments around stone were more sensitive to environment. A weak correlation was found between red pigments around stone and the other two traits, but the red pigments under skin were closely correlated with the red pigments in mesocarp. The red pigments under skin and in mesocarp were genetically linked to each other but red pigments around stone inherited independently.
