小儿腹部炎症性肌纤维母细胞瘤4例 被引量：4

摘要 目的：探讨小儿腹部炎症性肌纤维母细胞瘤的临床诊断及治疗方法，提高临床对于该病的认识。方法回顾性分析2013年1月至2015年5月作者收治的4例腹部炎症性肌纤维母细胞瘤患儿临床资料，分析其临床表现、诊断及治疗方法。结果4例炎症性肌纤维母细胞瘤患儿均经手术完整切除，其中1例术后复发，经二次手术后进行全身化疗。结论炎症性肌纤维母细胞瘤是低度恶性软组织肿瘤，临床症状不典型，主要依靠病理诊断。手术切除是唯一可靠的治疗手段，复发患儿可配合全身化疗提高疗效。
