摘要
目的:探讨手针疗法配合手法治疗腰椎间盘突出症(Lumbar Disc Herniation,LDH)的临床疗效。方法:完全采用随机抽样法将观察病例分为手针疗法配合手法治疗组50例,中药治疗对照组50例。对两组临床疗效进行评定。结果:治疗组中治愈28例,占56%;好转20例,占40%;无效2例,占4%;总有效率为96%。对照组行药物治疗,治愈16例,占32%;好转23例,占46%;无效11例,占22%;总有效率为78%。两组治愈率比较有显著差异(P≤0.05)。结论:本疗法临床效果显著,疗程较短,安全可靠,无不良反应,治疗组疗效明显优于对照组,是临床上治疗LDH比较理想的方法。
Objective： To explore efficacy of acupuncture plus manpulation on LDH. Methods： 100 cases were randomly divided into the treatment group, given acupuncture plus manipulation, and the control group, given TCM medicine. Clinical efficacy in two groups was evaluated. Results： In the treatment group, 28 cases were cured （56%）; 20 cases were improved （40%）; and 2 cases were invalid （4%）; the total efficiency was 96%; In the control group, 16 cases were cured （32%）; 23 cases were improved （46%）; 11 casess were invalid （22%）, the total efficiency was 78% （P≤0.05）. Conclusion： Treating CHB by acupuncture and manipulation can receive significant efficacy, with a shorter course, safety and no adverse reactions, is an ideal method.
