声波处理对国槐和元宝枫生长的影响

摘要 以1年生国槐和元宝枫为试验材料,研究了经声波处理后国槐标准枝和地径的生长状况以及国槐树体电容、阻抗随声波处理时间的变化,元宝枫苗高、地径的生长状况及叶面温度随声波处理时间的变化。结果表明,声波促进了国槐标准枝和地径的生长,对元宝枫的苗高生长亦有促进作用。声波处理可能促进国槐的新陈代谢,60 min内声波处理下,对照区国槐电容比处理区降低了0.8 n F,阻抗增高了8.4 kΩ,处理区电容下降趋势和阻抗上升的趋势均较对照组变缓;元宝枫的叶面温度在声波处理30 min时最低,低于环境温度1.4℃,低于对照组温度2.9℃。这表明声波处理下,元宝枫的蒸腾速率显著增强,气孔导度显著增大。 In this study, 1-year-old transplanting seedlings of Sophora japonica and Acer truncatum Bunge were used as the research materials. Under sound frequency treatment the growth conditions, the parameters including standard branch, ground diameter, capacitance, impedance of S. japonica and the leaf temperature, seedling height and ground diameter of A. truncatum Bunge were measured, and how those parameters were changed with the treatment time were studied. The results showed that the growth of standard branch and ground diameter of S. japonica and the seedling height of A. truncatum Bunge were significantly improved, the metabolism of S. japonica might be promoted by sound frequency treatment, in 60 minutes the capacitance of S. japonica control group was reduced 0.8 nF and the impedance increased 8.4 kΩ, the capacitance of treatment group was decreased and the impedance was increased, the both were changed more slowly than that of the control group showed. The leaf temperature of A. truncatum Bunge was decreased to the minimum when sound frequency treatment was lasted for 30 minutes, which was 1.4 ℃ lower than the ambient temperature and 2.9 ℃ lower than that of the control group, which indicated that the transpiration rate and the stomata1 conductance were increased significantly under the sound frequency treatment.
