摘要
随着油田开发的不断深入,注入水无效循环不断增加是油田开发的必然趋势。特别是进入高含水期后,注入水无效循环已经成为影响油田开发效果的主要因素。准确判断注入水无效循环出现的时机,可为及时制定相关治理措施、为提高注入水的利用率提供必要的前提。选取油水黏度比μo/μw、垂直渗透率与水平渗透率的比值Kh/Kv、油层厚度h、注采井距L、生产压差ΔP、油层韵律性、相对渗透率等因素,利用八因素四水平正交试验讨论以上各个因素对无效水循环出现时机的影响程度。在对试验结果进行直接分析和方差分析的基础上,得出了各种因素对注入水无效循环产生的影响作用的主次顺序和影响程度。最后,对试验结果回归出了相应的公式,依此可对油田是否出现无效水循环进行判断。
The inevitable trend of oilfield development is the increasing of the injected water invalid circulation as the development continues to increase in all kinds of oilfield. Especially after the high water cut stage,the invalid circulation has become the main factor that affects the development effect of oil field. The accurate judgment of the opportunity of the invalid circulation can provide the necessary premise,which is good for making the relevant governance measures and then improving the utilization rate of the injected water. Eight facts are selected to analysis these effect for the invalid circulation' s appearing time through eight factor four horizontal orthogonal experiments. Based on direct analysis and analysis of variance,the influences of various factor to the invalid circulation is obtained. Finally,the corresponding formula of the test results is returned,and then whether the invalid water cycle whether appeared can be judged though it.
