免疫细胞β_2肾上腺素能受体与动脉粥样硬化研究进展

摘要 早在19世纪,病理学家Rudolf Virchow提出炎性反应在动脉粥样硬化中发挥着重要作用,随后Russell Ross在1999年将动脉粥样硬化定义为炎症性疾病。目前,越来越多的证据表明动脉粥样硬化是一种免疫调节下的炎性反应性疾病,固有免疫细胞(包括单核细胞、巨噬细胞、树突细胞等)及适应性免疫细胞(包括T淋巴细胞、B淋巴细胞)均参与动脉粥样硬化的发生发展.
