摘要
以中山大学肿瘤防治中心为实例,在绩效核算方案的基础上,探讨一种根据绩效奖金方案建立绩效系统的方法。主要阐述了从系统的功能需求设计,数据层次的划分以及根据数据层次搭建系统架构的整个过程。采用Powerbuilder9.0技术,完成了基础数据、工作绩效数据管理、一次分配和二次分配计算、奖金报表及工作量点数分析等功能的开发。最后对关键功能进行了简要说明,给出了改进方向。
In this paper,Sun Yat-sen Cancer Center as an example,on the basis of the performance of the accounting scheme,to explore a method to establish performance system based on the performance.Mainly it elaborated the functional requirements,data hierarchy division and building the system architecture based on the data level of the entire process.Using Powerbuilder9.0 technology,completed interface data,work performance data management,primary distribution and secondary distribution calculations,reports and workload bonus points development of analysis and other functions.Finally,the various functions are briefly described,given the direction of improvement.
