摘要
为观察微创痔疮套扎器套扎联合消痔灵注射治疗内痔的临床疗效，对48例内痔患者采用微创痔疮套扎器套扎联合消痔灵注射治疗。结果显示，48例中治愈44例，好转4例。术后10例出现少量便血、头晕、恶心和胸闷等症状，不需做特殊处理，1～8d后上述症状均明显缓解，胶圈脱落时无明显疼痛及出血感染。经随访3～12个月，无复发。结果表明，一次性使用微创痔疮套扎器套扎联合消痔灵注射治疗内痔疗效显著，具有创伤小、患者痛苦少、并发症及不良反应少，操作简单，易于推广等优点。
This study was to observe the clinical effect of mini-invasive ligation appraratus for hemorrhoids plus Xiaozhiling injection in the treatment of internal hemorrhoids, 48 patients with this hemorrhoids re- ceived above therapy.As results, 44 cases were cured,4 got improved;after operation 10 cases suffered from minor hematochezia, dizziness, nausea and tightness in the chest,etc symptoms which did not need to man- age specially,latter 1-8 days were significantly relieved;when rubber rings drop off no distinct pain and bleeding infection occured;the follow-up of 3-12 months did not find any recurrence.Results show that dis- posable mini-invasive ligation apparatus for hemorrhoids plus Xiaozhiling injection for treatment of internal hemorrhoids has significant effect, and small injury, milder pain of patient, less complication and adverse reaction,as well as simple manipulation,is easy to be popularized.
