摘要
目的观察中医辨证论治前葡萄膜炎的疗效。方法符合入组标准的57例前葡萄膜炎患者随机分为治疗组(31例44眼)和对照组(26例32眼)。治疗组采用中西医结合治疗(中医辨证论治联合西药治疗);对照组仅使用西药治疗。疗程1个月,随诊6个月观察复发情况。结果治疗组和对照组治愈率分别为54.83%和30.76%;总有效率分别为90.32%和69.23%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);随诊6个月治疗组44眼中11眼复发,对照组32眼中13眼复发,两组复发率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗前葡萄膜炎效果优于单纯西药治疗,尤其在眼部症状、中医证候改善方面。
OBJECTIVE To observe the therapeutic effect of anterior uveitis treated with TCM syndrome dif- ferentiation. METHODS Fifty-seven uveitic patients consistent with our diagnostic criteria were randomly divided into two groups.The 31 patients （44 eyes） of the test group were treated with traditional Chinese and western medicine based on symdrom differentiation of TCM,while the other 26 patients （32 eyes） of the control group were treated with western medicine only. RESULTS The cure rate of the treatment group and control group were 54.83% and 30.76% respectively, the total effective rate was 90.32% and 69.23% respectively, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）; in 6 months follow-up, 11 eyes recurred of the treatment group and 13 eyes recurred of the control group, but the difference had no significant difference （P〉0.05）. CONCLUSIONS Western medicine com- bined with TCM syndrome differentiation on treatment of anterior uveitis had better effective rate than pure western medicine treatment, especially in ocular symptoms and TCM syndrome improvement; and could reduce the recur- rence rate effectively and safely.
