摘要
青少年事务社会工作自2004年在实务领域开展以来,经过多年的探索,服务规模逐步扩大、服务水平逐步提升,形成了一些成功的现实经验与模式,但总体发展还较为薄弱。为总结青少年事务社会工作的建设经验,探索青少年事务社会工作的发展规律,对山东省青少年事务社会工作发展状况进行了全面省视,肯定了取得的成绩,反思了存在的问题,思考了青少年事务社会工作进一步发展的策略、路径等问题。
Since 2004 when the youth social work carried out practice, the service scope and level have become larger and higher after many years＇ efforts, and some successful experience and model have be achieved and made, but in some areas it is still very weak. In order to make a summary about these experiences, explore the reg- ulations in development, and make a thorough contemplation about the situation in Shandong, this paper confirms the achievement made in the past, reflects the problems, and tries to find out the strategies and paths promoting its development.
