摘要
采用SPSS统计分析软件,回归分析了滚筒烘丝机"干头干尾"过程工艺参数对烟丝含水率的影响。结果表明:(1)"干头"烟丝含水率回归方程:Y=8.265+0.716X1+0.730X2+0.686X3+0.710X4-0.699X5;"干尾"烟丝含水率回归方程:Y=9.347+0.924X1+0.823X2-0.929X3,"干头"烟丝含水率与样品烟丝含水率、蒸汽流量、I区、II区筒壁温度、热风温度相关系数分别为:0.945,0.944,0.862,0.895,-0.928;"干尾"烟丝含水率与I区、II区筒壁温度、热风温度的相关系数分别为:0.859,0.757,-0.897。(2)"干头"烟丝含水率主要受蒸汽流量影响,"干尾"烟丝含水率主要受热风温度影响。(3)采用上述结果对HAUNI 6 000 kg/h烘丝机进行优化改进试验,"干头干尾"烟丝量降低了38.7%。可见,通过建立滚筒烘丝机"干头干尾"过程相关工艺参数对烟丝含水率影响的数学模型,可以为有效控制烘丝过程中"干头干尾"烟丝量、提高生产过程控制精度及烘丝工艺参数优化提供理论支撑。
Ab The related process parameters which affect the moisture content of cut tobacco during the o- ver-drying process had been regression analyzed by SPSS statistical analysis software. The results showed that: ( 1 ) The regression equation during drying start was Y=8. 265 + 0. 716X1+ 0. 730X2 +0. 686X3 + 0.710X4 -0. 699X5; The regression equation during drying end was Y = 9. 347 + 0. 924X1 + 0. 823X2 - 0. 929X3. The correlation coefficients between the moisture content of over dried cut tobacco during drying start and moisture content of feeding cut tobacco, the steam flow rate, cylin- der wall temperature of I section and II section, the hot air temperature were 0. 945, 0. 944, 0. 862, 0. 895 and - 0. 906. The correlation coefficients between the moisture content of over dried cut tobaeeo during drying end and the steam flow rate, eylinder wall temperature of I section and Ⅱ section were 0. 859, 0. 757 and -0. 897. (2) The moisture content of over dried cut tobacco during drying start was mainly affected by hot air temperature. The moisture content of over dried cut tobacco during dr- ying finish was mainly affected by the steam flow. (3) Optimizing and improving HAUNI 6 000 kg/h drying test, the amount of over-drying eut tobacco was reduced by 38.7%. The mathematical model that the related process parameters affect the moisture content of over dried tobacco can effectively con- trol the amount of over-drying cut tobacco, improve the production process control precision and opti- mize drying process.
