摘要
目的探讨布地奈德及特布他林联合噻托溴铵治疗老年慢阻肺的疗效。方法选择本院2014年1月-2015年1月诊治的老年慢阻肺患者48例,各24例。采用随机数字表法分为两组,对照组采用布地奈德联合特布他林治疗,研究组采用布地奈德、特布他林联合噻托溴铵治疗,比较治疗效果。结果研究组临床症状缓解时间少于对照组,P〈0.05,差异具有统计学意义,FEV1、FVC、PEF、治疗总有效率均高于对照组,P〈0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论布地奈德及特布他林联合噻托溴铵治疗老年慢阻肺的疗效显著,可改善患者的临床病症。
Objective To investigate effect observation of budesonide, terbutaline combined with ammonium bromide in treatment.Methods Selected 48 elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease from January 2014 to January 2015 in our hospital, were randomly divided into two groups, each group had 24 cases. the control group were treated budesonide combined with terbutaline, the study group treated budesonide, terbutaline combined with ammonium bromide as. Therapeutic effect was compared between two groups.ResultsClinical symptom relief time in study group was less than control group,P〈0.05, had difference statistically significance. FVC, PEF, FEV1, total effective rate in study group were higher than the control group,P〈0.05, had difference statistically significance.Conclusion Budesonide, terbutaline combined with ammonium bromide has effect in treatment of elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, which can improve patient＇s clinical condition.
