摘要
目的:研究牛至药材"地下部分"所得挥发油的化学成分。方法:采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取牛至药材"地下部分"(根)的挥发油,并用GC-MS法对其化学成分进行分析与鉴定,通过峰面积归一化法计算出各成分的相对百分含量。结果:牛至药材"地下部分"(根)挥发油中鉴定出29个化合物,占挥发油总量的98.97%,其中10个为首次报道。结论:牛至药材"地下部位"(根)中除含有"地上部分"同类的抗菌成分外,还含有大量脂肪酸类化合物,该类物质具有较强的抗氧化作用,不能被完全忽略,同样具有一定的药用价值。
OBJECTIVE To study on chemical composition of volatile oil of‘underground part＇of Origanum vulgare L.METHODS Steam distillation method was used to extract volatile oil of‘underground part＇（root）of Origanum vulgare L.Chemical composition was analyzed and identified by GC-MS.Relative content of each chemical component was calculated by peak area normalization method.RESULTS Twenty nine compounds were identified from volatile oil of‘underground part＇（root）of Origanum vulgare L.,accounting for 98.97% of volatile oil.Ten of these compounds were reported for the first time.CONCLUSION Besides of antibiotic components similar to those in aerial parts,‘underground part＇Origanum vulgare L.also contains large amounts of fatty acids with strong antioxidant effects.These substances can not be ignored completely,and have certain pharmaceutical values.
