摘要
对近年来有关石榴功能成分的研究进展作了综述,介绍了功能成分的分类和在石榴不同器官的分布状况;从初加工、粗深加工和精深加工三个层面总结了石榴资源开发的现状;最后,对石榴资源开发利用的前景提出了几点看法。
In this paper,the research advances of functional components of pomegranate were reviewed from the classification and distribution in different organs.And the development status of pomegranate re-sources was summarized from crude,further and deep processing.In the end,some suggestions were put for-ward for the development and utilization of pomegranate resources.
