摘要 采用紫外分光光度计测定血浆液中血红蛋白的吸光值,分析了不同温度、不同添加抗凝剂工艺下血液的溶血情况.结果表明,血液在工厂环境下添加抗凝剂较在实验室环境下更易溶血,而血液在4℃环境下保存状况优于10℃环境. The absorption value of hemoglobin in plasma was determined by UV spectrophotometer. The pig blood hemolysis was analyzed during the different temperature and process of adding blood anticoagulant. The results showed that more red blood cells broken down when anticoagulants were added to pig blood in the factory than in laboratory. In addition,the status of pig blood that was preserved at 4 ℃ was better than that at 10 ℃.
