摘要
对国际经济与贸易专业人才国际商务能力的需求进行问卷调查,深入了解用人单位对国际经济与贸易专业人才国际商务能力的具体要求与变化.调查发现国际经济与贸易专业人才所具有的专业能力已远远不能适应新常态经济下国际经济与贸易的发展.国际经济与贸易专业课程的改革应根据市场对人才能力的新需求,调整和优化现有课程内容,增设部分新课程,逐步改变现有人才国际商务能力的欠缺.
A questionnaire survey was conducted on international business capability requirements of job market for college graduate from the discipline of international economics and trade,the purpose of the survey is to understand the specific demand of employers.The survey found that international business capacity of the graduate far could not adapt to the development of the international economics and trade under the new normal economics.The reform of the curriculum should be based on new market demand for talents,adjust the existing courses,add some new courses.
