摘要
常规电力变压器设计中,铁心的级数通常根据铁心柱直径查设计手册确定,并采用作图法得到各级叠片的宽度和厚度,线圈截面利用率较低。针对以上现状,从电力变压器的性能与节省材料方面考虑,通过分析电力变压器铁心柱结构特点,建立了非线性回归整数规划模型,利用MATLAB软件编程求解得到了电力变压器铁心柱截面的优化方案。结果表明:该优化方案将截面填充系数提高了3.8%,产生了可观的经济效益。。
The core series of power transformer core column usually consult the design handbook to determine according to the diameter of core column,and use the graphing method to obtain the width and thickness of every lamella forming transformer core column. The coil section cannot be fully utilized. Aiming at above situation,considering from performance and saving material of power transformer,by analyzing the frame characteristic of power transformer core column,establishes the nonlinear regression integer programming model,and using the MATLAB software programming,obtains the optimized design scheme of the core column section. The result shows that the optimized design scheme can increase the cross-section fill factor by 3.8%,and bring considerable economic benefits.
