Advances in research on SAPO-34 molecular sieve based catalyst for conversion of methanol-to-light olefins

摘要 综述了甲醇制烯烃的反应机理,常用SAPO-34分子筛基催化剂的结构、性能、合成及改性方法,以及目前工业的应用现状。提出了合成甲醇制烯烃催化剂所需要的原料、催化剂的成型技术、制备强度更高的催化剂等是目前催化剂开发的主要问题,以及今后研究的方向。 The reaction mechanism of methanol to light olefins was introduced, and the conventional SAPO -34 molecular sieve based catalysts were re- viewed from structure, performance, synthesis, modi- fication and industrial application with 35 refer- ences. The main problems existed in developing cat- alysts for methanol to light olefins were presented,including raw material needed in synthesis of the catalysts, mounding technology of catalysts with high strength and so on. Also, the research direction in the future was suggested.
